A lot of designers request copy first thing, but to us it doesn't make sense to gather content (all of the words and images) for all of the pages of your website in the beginning if we don't know exactly what your website's going to look like yet. Besides, this process would include a collection of docs and folders to organize all your words and attach all your images. You can see how this can quickly become a mess. You don't have to worry about staring at a blinking cursor in a word doc. You'll get to use the dummy-proof Webflow Editor, where you can write and edit content right on the live website, and publish your changes with a click. This is so much quicker and easier than uploading docs and images to folders to have us edit the content for you.

No. We leave that to you, as you're the expert in your business. We do include placeholder copy that will be a guide for you in figuring out what to write for your website. Our best advice is to just be authentic and write your content as you would speak to a customer on the phone or in person. It doesn't need to be anything fancy.

Yes, ridiculously easy. The cool thing about the Webflow Editor is that it doesn't feel like you're in a confusing backend dashboard. You can write and edit content right on the live website, and publish your changes with a click. We'll show you how to use it, make sure you're confident, and we'll be here if you need any help.

If you already have a website and a domain, that's perfectly fine. When we put together a launch plan we'll gather all of those details. You may need to grant us access to handle some of the backend connections, or we can walk you through over the phone, but we have lots of experience in migrating websites from one platform to another.

Your website is your digital storefront. You should own it and have full access and say over what is done with it. While we have every intention of being friends for life and contributing to the success of your business and your website, we don't believe in gatekeeping your site and having you rely on us to make basic changes. If for any reason you don't work with us anymore, you're free to do with your website whatever you wish.

Yes. In addition to the cost of The Real Website Package ($2,500), all of our sites require a Webflow CMS site plan ($29/month) for hosting & a domain, unless you already own one. If you don't already own a domain, we can help you get one. The cost for a domain is usually around $10/month.

We also understand that when you're running a business, things come up. We've designed our process to be more like passing a baton rather than a rigid timeline we have to pull you through. This is highlighted during the editing phase of the project where you'll be responsible for adding words and images to your site. You can go at your own pace in making sure that everything looks and sounds perfect before we plan to launch. To sum it up, it all depends, but the average timeline is about 2-3 weeks.
